BGMI : IQOO KICKSTARTS THE GRIND MINI TOURNAMENT FOR BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA SERIES 2021

The 'The Grind' event kicked off the iQoo Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2021. The Grind is a two-week mini-tournament in which 32 teams will participate in In-Game Qualifiers before moving on to the main event. The 'Grind Week' League stage will begin on December 2 and go until December 10. On the 11th and 12th of December, the decisive showdown will take place.
According to game creator Krafton, The Grind features teams that are invited to participate. On December 16, the main iQoo Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2021 event will begin. According to a news release, The Grind will feature 32 teams separated into four groups competing for a chance to win the championship. This competition is set up in a round robin basis, which means that each team competes against every other team in their group. Only 16 teams will advance to the following round, when they will participate in a 10-match series. The squad that finishes first in the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2021 (BGIS 2021) The Grind will be declared champion. As part of the iQoo Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2021, Krafton will hold in-game qualifications with The Grind.
Only citizens of India are eligible for the iQoo Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2021. The prize pool for this first series has been set at Rs. 1,00,00,000.00 by Krafton. The winner will get Rs. 50,00,000, the first runner-up Rs. 25,00,000, and the second runner-up Rs. 10,000. According to the organisers, 664,211 participants registered for the competition, with 101,571 four-person squads. The event will be broadcast live on the official Battlegrounds Mobile India, Esports, and iQoo Esports YouTube channels.
Game creator Krafton revealed earlier this year that Battlegrounds Mobile India players in India would be eligible to qualify for the e-sports medal events at the Asian Games 2022, which will take place in Hangzhou, China from September 10 to September 25.
