BGMI : WINS GOOGLE PLAYSTORE RECOGNITION, STARTING IQOO 2021 GRIND CHAMPTIONSHIP IN DECEMBER



At the Google Play Best of 2021 Awards, Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), a famous online multiplayer battle royale game created and marketed by the South Korean video game company Krafton, was named Best Competitive and Best Game.

In just over a month after launching BGMI this year, Krafton witnessed an incredible 40 million downloads and 16 million daily active users. Notably, BGMI athletes will be allowed to compete in a medal event at the Asian Games next year. Competitors will compete on an unique BGMI Asian Games Version from September 10th to September 25th 2022 for a chance to win a gold medal.


The South Korean firm recently launched a series of videos encouraging gamers to look after their mental health and that of their teammates while playing Battlegrounds. The 'Game Responsibly' campaign encourages users to create safer and healthier gaming behaviours by promoting safer and responsible gaming practises.
